Apples secret is that customer satisfaction is a small, but significant part of the equation. This idea of actually catering to customer needs is a heresy in Hollywood. They all think that customers are all thieves that should be made to pay out of their ass to punish them for all the piracy. And since apple doesn't share that idea, and sets prices that are actually attractive to the customer, and highly competitive they infuriate Hollywood types. The sad part is that they can't rip off customers online as long as iTunes offers the same products at reasonable prices. I'm not surprised that they are trying to blame Apple for everything, but it this case this makes no sense.
