I seems Mr. Kerry is not satisfied with the thirty five pages of rules. While he did sign them, he doesn’t agree with them entirely. The timing lights are too prominently displayed. Mr long winded himself doesn’t want to draw attention to his overtime remarks. His staff went so far as to threaten to remove them before the debate. Is he getting stranger every day or is it just me.
