Michelle Malkin is on the job. It looks like the student senate at the UW are learning that their actions do in fact have consequences. It must be strange making an offhand comment in a senate meeting at the University of Washington one day, only to find your words all over the Internet a few days later. The minutes to the original senate meeting are on-line and well worth reading. It looks to me like the senators had no idea who Mr. Boyington was and no idea that their uninformed comments would ever leave the room.

Senators, please make a note: In political speech as in physics, each action causes an equal on opposite reaction.

I hit this topic yesterday, and it looks like a lot of other bloggers did as well.
