Photographer Sued By Plagiarist
(Someone*) Stole My Photos and Now is Sueing ME!?! (Broken link removed)
Today I got home and had this letter from Kevin Corazza waiting for me. You might remember him from such blog posts as “Does My Creative Commons Liscence Cover This (Guy*)?”.
My jaw is on the floor.
I can’t believe this guy had the balls to rear his head again after stealing my Flickr photos, claiming them as his own, and using them to promote his photography and design business.
How bizarre! I hadn’t heard anything about his until it hit Digg. It’s hard for me to comprehend the motivation here. He’s not even denying the accusations, just trying to stop the criticism.
*Name removed by request. Part of the request I’ve listed below
“I take full responsibility for my wrong actions. I have seen that what I did was immensely wrong, and I cannot apologize more profusely for my wrong and immature actions. I have apologized to Kris some time ago…”

Wow, talk about balls! That’s just weird.
