Quality customer service… or not
Snopes has a story on the quality of service at Discount Floor Mats. Seems the customer service person responded in a less than friendly fashion when asked about shipping to a military base. I won’t steal Snopes thunder by excerpting them, but I think it’s safe to say that at least that customer service person does not support the troops.

Man, I bet he never realized how bad things were in Iraq until the CS agent mentioned it to him! It never ceases to amaze me how people now ignore all sense of politeness.
