I always publish retractions and corrections when I am wrong, and I was in my blog yesterday. I said the House bill had over 6.4 Billion in pork spending. I was wrong.

That’s not unusual, everyone seems to make that mistake at first. If you click on the trackback URL link, it redirects you back to the permalink. You have to right click and copy the link to get it. Not exactly self explanatory.

I just put it in for you. I of course don’t know what’s happening with you, but I see two common errors with the Wizbang Standalone Trackback Pinger. Not using the permalink to your post, and not using the correct trackback URL. Trackback URL is the most common. My trackback URLs are the post’s permalink, with trackback at the end. This post’s for instance is http://highdesertwanderer.com/archives/717/trackback/
