How can I ANNOY the hell out of someone in my office legally?
I need one of these. Rather than put it in someone else’s office, I think I’d just carry it with me, and pretend I couldn’t hear it.

I guess you haven’t heard it then – IT IS ANNOYING AS ANYTHING! Especially the higher frequency with the electronic noise added on… You will go mad! Mad I tell you!
