I’d not heard of the CSI/24 plug-in, but I did hear Grissom ask someone to “Despeckle” something on CSI once, so apparently they were using PhotoShop.

I know that people love the CSI franchise, but to me it’s only good for the humor value. The whole show is analogous to the blurry picture enlargement.
