The term “IMune” refers to multiple myeloma, a cancer of the lymphatic system that originates from the bone marrow. In simple biology, immunity is an ability of living multicellular organisms to withstand certain harmful micro-organisms. Immunity, on the other hand, involves both different specific and nonspellant elements. The nonspellant elements act as neither barriers nor eliminators of various kinds of micro-organisms regardless of their basic antigenic make-ups. Specific immunity, however, is directed against a particular pathogen, while nonspellant immunity is directed against nonpathogens.
